BREAKING: EFCC Arrests Former Governor Willie Obiano Hours After Leaving Office

Newsmaxng  reports that the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) on Thursday arrested former Anambra State Governor, Willie Obiano at the Murtala Muhammad International Airport in Lagos, Nigeria’s commercial city.

This online news platform understands that Obiano, who has been on the EFCC watchlist, was arrested at about 8.30 pm on Thursday, March 17, 2022.

We learned that Willie Obiano was reportedly on his way out of the country to Houston, Texas in the United States, when he was intercepted by the operatives of the EFCC.
